Yes, it will be valid all over India provided the college was approved by AICTE. By applying in Haryana if you are not domicile of Haryana, you will be considered as a general category outside Haryana candidate.

Yes, it is possible, but it would be too hectic for you to concentrate on two subjects together.
CA course can very well be done along with your commerce graduation. However, you will have to wait till you complete your HSC Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. B.Com and CA course can be done simultaneously. And, in fact there are thousands of students who opt for the Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountancy course alongside the graduation.

Be more specific and clear in what you are asking. Maths honors is a degree generally as B.Sc maths honors or BA math honors. A candidate is eligible for this degree only when he has studied maths in his 12th standard.

If acting is your interest you can do a certificate course in acting. For this, there are many Colleges like National School of Drama, AAFT, Anupam Kher Academy, Barry John acting studio etc. It would be good If you first pursue /complete your graduation from any stream or just go direct after 12th.

If you have got a good job, then it's better get some valuable work-experience. It's not compulsory, but an MBA with some experience is always beneficial as it helps you get an edge over the freshers during the admission process, relating better with the MBA curriculum and in the final placements too.
