Choose from institutes like IET alwar, JECRC, etc. branches as they are better in terms of academic records and placements. in Jodhpur there being a govt. college but the studies are in bad shape as does their management.
So bette choose from these or you can participate in Haryana State Counselling where there are some very decent colleges in NCR area like MREI CITM ITM YMCA DCRUST Murthal to name a few.

If you are asking about Master of Finance and Control, then i would suggest you to go for MCA.
As MFC is relatively less reliable in terms of job prospect.
Don't go for MSc. IT unless you are looking for a job in teaching domain.

Although, India is becoming active in this field due to the result of globalisation and more & more consumer right forums coming into exisistence, But the study & Research in this area is still not at a level where you find many Institution giving such programs and also the material on such a topic would be difficult to find. However, you will find many Schools providing a PhD in Marketing in foreign coumtries like US.

In order to do MBA from Cambridge University you need to take admission in Judge Business School.
Kindly check the entry requirement for the same:-
1. Professional Experience- 3 years' full-time before commencing the course in September
2. English Proficiency - IELTS - 7.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in each band or TOEFL Internet-based - 100 with 25 in the writing section , Paper-based - 600 with 5.0 in the essay , Computer-based - 250 with 5.0 in the essay
3. Undergraduate Academic Achievement - GPA of at least 3.3
4. GMAT - Current class average - 690 , Mid 80% - (640-740) , A balanced score is required
5. Fees - Tuition Fees-GBP 35,

First u should focus on doing the masters degree like MCA/ Msc IT to increase your value in the software industry as a fresher.
Also as you asked you can pursue courses in parallel and there are a lot of options as i am listing below the most prominent ones from the job point of view:
1. Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
2. Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet
