As you have mentioned that you are serving Indian Army and want to do MBA from New Zealand so let me tell you in that case you need leave your army job and have to join full time MBA from NZ .

yes it is possible to get refund of your fee.but there are some conditions.like after the payment of fees in 10 -15 days if you want to cancel the admission then the fee is refunded to you, likewise you will get the refund, it completely depends on the college that how much amount they will be refunding to you.for this process you have to fill the fee refund form which is available in particular college office.

You can try MS in computer science course from National university singapore , Nanyang Technological university as these are the best universities. Ideally if you have 1200 in GRE then its a good score you can easily get the admission .Once you finish the master program then you can apply for the research degree . kindly contact the concern university for more details.
