Going by my own long experience in IT domain, i would suggest you to go for the courses like Java if you are to increase your job perspective. That thing is gonna help you a lot when you will sit for the technical round of the companies coming for campus interviews.
The written round though contains aptitude like questions but in better software development job this aptitude thing isn't gonna work for you. If not now, you may face trouble of learning these languages in hurry later on during the training period of respective companies.
And Java/J2EE course is what i would recommend or some CCNA/CCNP/MCSE in combination. If interes

Its not just that one cannot get a job post BCA; you may look for option in areas like technical support in BPOs, IT& ITES industries but yes if you are keen to pursue a bright career then I think it is most preferred to opt for the Masters course as most of the companies either prefer the engineering graduates or Masters degree holders. You may opt for the MCA course, there are many institutes in India which offers MCA and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:
