BIT Mesra Patna campus is one of the best engineering institute all over Bihar. When compared to KIIT, BIT Mesra degree is more valuable and appreciate all over the industry as after the four year programme u gets the degree of BIT MESRA main campus (Campus is not mentioned ). In KIIT only CS is good. But in BIT all branches except Civil production lag behinds.

You have three options after B.Tech : (a) Job. if you able to pick a good job in campus placement then it is the best option before you take further studies. (b) M.Tech in chosen specialisation if you are technically inclined. (c) MBA if you are not technically inclined. You can also evaluate becoming an enterprenur.

Admissions are done through Jamia's own entrance exam and not through MAT. The fee for the first year is around Rs.24,000 and second year around Rs.11,000. Also, this year's admission process is over. Even the college has started from 18th July. so all the best for next year.

It may be difficult to get job in TCS or other tier I IT companies based on B.Com. In past few IT companies hired tester and BA from top colleges. If you are targeting TCS or other Tier I IT companies, you are advised to do MBA.

IIMs only provide management courses. There is no MBA + Sciences. After MBA you can get into research field in Biotech or medical research. Bit most probably it will change your field of career. AS Biotech and MBA are two different courses. I think M.tech in Biotechnology will help you more.
