you should take up CCNA SECURITY as exam not CCNA R&S but knowledge of CCNA R&S is essential what u have just completed i sujjest you to take up CCSP also. but security is wide subject you need to know any of the OS (LINUX OR WIN) along with this . certified ethical hacking is one of the course i suggest but dont waste money buy doing a course just try to earn the job experience is key in this field

It will be carried as your identification in front of recruiters. Greenwich is a decent university however for MBA there are many universities and colleges which are good and renowned only for MBA.
