Although the, As the PGDBM program of Indira College is a recognized program, but the scope of a program & your career growth largely depends on your own caliber, capabilities, your performance on the program, and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job placements and after that how you perform at your job.
As PGDBM is a diploma program, the companies will rate it a little less in comparison to MBA and an MBA student would always have an upper hand. But yes if the MBA is from some low rank University you may stand a better chance as your program is recognized through Pune University.

Its not clear what exactly you are stating but if you are inquiring about the option of doing Hotel Management after your MBA, I really do not see if that would give any good results because the 4 year course that you are referring to is a bachelor course and MBA is a Masters.
Opting for MBA after Bachelors in hotel management would be a better career plan as this would open various career opportunities not just in the hospitality sector but in other fields as well.

If you are keen to pursue a career in Airlines but away from being on board then going for the ground staff will be a better option. Ground staff includes ticketing section other than the other functions. The salaries are paid according to the job profile, the level you join at, your experience in the field, knowledge of the systems and software used etc.
As for the career is concerned, it is limited unless you do not plan to explore and get to other opportunities. You can look forward to the other sectors like Hotel Industry, Tourism and others related to the service industry.
