Hi,
You have options of variety of course options. The degree that you would be pursuing abroad would be a masters in engineering degree in any discipline of your choice(even though it would be recommended to pursue in civil as your undergrad is in the same field). If not interested in civil engineering, you have variety of options to choose from like aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electronical, computer engineering etc.

Nice to know your interest in the field of animation.As you are already a graduate it is not feasible to again go for a graduation course. would suggest that visit the institutenearby to your place and take a proper counselling so that you can take decision about joining it or not.

If you are looking to do a masters in information technology in Canada, TOEFL would not be enough. You would be required to take the GRE along with the TOEFL.
