Although, Media & Textile design both are upcoming fields in India and can give you a bright career ahead but, all such vocational courses need a lot of focus, perseverance & creative skill set. So if you are artistic and typical technical skill set (creative bent of mind, dynamic, enterprising and has a flair to project his ideas & thoughts) you can be successful in this field.
I would like to add here that the success in such technical fields is more dependent on your personality and skill sets rather than a degree you acquire.

Although enhancing your education is a good option but as you have already done a Masters level program in Mass Communication, I don't see a reason for you to plan for any other course. According to me you should start your career afresh by applying to various media houses for the position of journalists, or plunge into fields like reporting, writing, editing, photographing, broadcasting etc. Once you have few years of good work experience then you can plan for a good MBA or an EMBA program and achieve good position.
