As you are pursuing B.Tech in computer science,it would be advisable for you to pursue MS in computer science or related fields, as it will add on to your knowledge of what all you have learned during your undergraduate course.
You can pursue MS in:
Computer science.
Computer Engineering.
Information technology.
Software engineering.
Networking.
Cyber Security, and many more related fields.
A student having a MS degree in computer related fields have good career prospects in India as well as globally.
Please remember getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the student.

Dear Student, As you have mentioned you are going to do BTech now, I do not understand why should you worry about masters now. Yes you can do MSc in Animation but after BSc in Animation. Animation offers excellent jobs. Industry wise it is already a $1.5 Billion industry in India according to NASSCOM reports and also it more than $80 Billion industry globally. Thus it is a very big industry. Industry includes entertainment movie/TV serials productions, internet animation content development, AD /Internet/Other) development, Product /Architecture design, Simulation, Game design etc. In india there are already many top 10 global firms. Eg : Technicolour, Dremworks, in Bangalore, Rythm and Hues in Hyderbad, Pixar etc. There are now many indian companies like BIG Animation Studio in Mumbai from Reliance etc. Lots of holly wood and bolly wood productions are happening in India. Thus you can make a very bright future in this area. But challege is getting in to the best college so that you can get the right training. Many institutes offer Animation courses. But my suggestion to you go for any University courses/UGC recognised courses. You may join for BSc in Animation if you are interested than wasting 4 years in BE. www.anitech.in
