US, is one of the finest study destination to pursue undergraduate degree, there are many good universities in US, which offers undergraduate degree in various fields such as:
Engineering.
Management.
Hospitality and many more fields.
To pursue undergraduate degree from US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
SAT score of 1600-1700 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.

3D and web designing are two sides of the same coin or you can say sub fields under one main field that is Multimedia. As rightly mentioned by @Priya if you want to plunge into multimedia career you have to have the creative bent of mind an eye for details and a hand to reproduce those thoughts and details.

Post graduation in UK is the best option than any other country. It is one year so you save one year of life. Any other country the cost will be more than UK. You can see the follwoing universites for specilised programme in pharmacy like pharmocology, drug design, clinical pharmacy and so on.
You need to get IELTS 6.5 band for admission. In case if you want to register in Pharmacy council in UK you need IELTs 7 Band.
