For SSC preparation advisable would be that you should join a coaching institute as it is a tough nut to crack. The examination is aimed at judging the knowledge of the candidate decision making and understanding of languages of the candidate.
However, if you want to prepare on your own I would say that there is no particular set of books which you can follow, the areas you need to prepare for in SSC Examination are: General knowledge, English, Arithmetic and objective type questions. For the Objective test, one needs to start practicing early and regularly. A good book on the basics of General Knowledge, supported by reading a good newspaper and competitive magazine can greatly assist a candidate to do well in the exam.
For Arithmetic, special efforts are required.
In such kind of tuff Examination the most important thing is practice so keep practicing and you will be able to crack the exam.

In order to pursue education in Canada, you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS.
IELTS and TOEFL are the exams which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.So the student can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is of 9 bands, and all the good universities requires 6-7 bands plus score.
With your IELTS score it would be very difficult for you to get admission in any college or university or Canada.
It would be advisable for you to take either TOEFL or IELTS again, and try to score at least 6-7 bands plus in IELTS or 80-90 plus in TOEFL, so that you can pursue your education in Canada.

With 15 years of education, UK would be the best study destination for you. As universities in US require 16 years of education for admission in their program.
In order to pursue masters course in UK you need to have:
15 years of education, with good academic background preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in UK have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall(August)
Spring(January)
So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and accordingly you can start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year. The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Telecommunication is a rare specialization under the discipline of Management stream and it is even more difficult to suggest institutes offering these courses through the correspondence mode as there are hardly any in the country.
Yet without losing hope you can opt for the courses offered by MICA, ICFAI or Symbiosis in related streams. However the courses offered by these reputed institutes are offered through the regular mode and not through the correspondence.
You can also refer to the correspondence MBA institutes, but it is advised to opt for those which are entirely recognized and have some reputation in the market.

By the decision of yours where in you are taking a transition from a complete technical stream to a total management field, it is going to be very different but then definitely you can pursue a fruitful and a bright career in this field on the basis of your dedication and hard work.
