Find below some some of the finest universities in Singapore to pursue MBA:
- National University of Singapore.
- Nanyang Technological University.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA from these good universities you need to take GMAT tests.
Besides GMAT you also need to take TOEFL or IELTS test and need to have minimum of two years full-time work experience after graduation.
Please note that in order order to pursue MBA from any good university in the world you surely need to take GMAT test.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to take GMAT test and then opt for MBA from good universities in Singapore.
If you mean James Cook University then as per its official website it offers 1 year full time MBA program.
One year MBA consists of 12 subjects chosen from a wide spectrum covering all fields of contemporary management.

Please remember selecting a particular university depends on your personal preference, however you may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting a university for pursuing studies abroad:
- the reputation of the program you wish to pursue from either of the universities
- experience and background of the faculty
- teaching methodology
- corporate interface of the program

So, I would suggest you to contact the international admission department of these universities either through email or phone and request them to give you some details regarding alumni from your country, you may then contact these alumni and take their feedback regarding these universities, all this may help you to take decision regarding which university to join.
