Dear Arun,It seems like you have completed your ME & MBA without Graduation, just on the basis of 3 year diploma. So your ME & MBA are not valid.
For IAS exam one needs graduate degree to apply.
So you are not eligible with whatever qualification you have.
Go for graduation and then apply for IAS if you are within age limit.
Good Luck !

Hi Sonu,
Firstly I want to tell you that for getting admitted in any of the B-School in India you have to have a valid scorecard of a competitive examination like- CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / ATMA, etc.
Different Institutes have different criteria.
Some accepts only CAT while some accepts CAT / XAT / GMAT /ATMA / CMAT and many other.
It totally depends upon the Institute you are applying.
Coming to the Indira Institute of Management, it accepts CAT/CMAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/JMET scorecard.
Having a valid score in any of the above exam is mandatory.
So if you have missed CAT, then my suggestion will be to go for February CMAT / ATMA / MAT examination.
