Firstly, to pursue M.Tech, you need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 60% from a recognized university. So, it is highly advisable to clear all backlogs before you apply for M.Tech.
Secondly, it is always advisable to go for regular courses rather than correspondence. But, as you have shown interest in correspondence course then below is the list of colleges :
-Institute of Engineering & Management Studies
-Arcade Institute of Management and Technology
-Institute of Technical and Professional Studies
-MIT School of Distance Education
-Annamalai University
