There is no B.Tech degree offered in the US. They offer BS. Yes, you can pursue BS in CSE after pursuing BCA in India. There are some Universities which will accept you directly in Second year. You will need to approach a educational or career counselor for help as the process is complicated.

After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. Both courses are designed for Elementary Teacher Training i.e. upper primary (Class VI to VIII). You can join D.Ed or D.El.Ed course after class 12th (Senior Secondary).

I'd recommend you go for MBA in International Business as it will help you grow your business. However if you are not looking for global expansion, then MBA in finance is also a good option. It depends on your preference and interests also.

To be honest, the educational background doesn't really matters when you are going for MBA.
Because, even if you look at the syllabus of CAT, MAT,XAT etc., they all include aptitude and Verbal.
It has nothing to do with commerce.
So yes, you can definitely go for MBA.
You will have to decide which field you are interested in. There are number of options marketing, HR, finance, IT, operations, supply chain management etc.
