No, colleges such as JSS Academy of Technical Education, Galgotias University, Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology (KNIT), Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), and Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU) are not a part of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority JoSAA counselling process. JoSAA is a centralized counselling process for admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs). However, these colleges may have their own admission processes and counselling procedures. It is best to check the websites of these colleges or contact their admission offices directly to know more about their admission processes.
