So Software engineering (SE) is maturing as a discipline and profession, but three decades after the first NATO Conference on Software Engineering, it is still not regarded by some to be a legitimate, respectable engineering profession. If you want to do MS from Germany then you depending upon the program you have to give exams since in your last question you have mentioned that you are Btech in Computer science so if you go for MS in the same field then you have to give GRE and TOEFL test and these are the universities where you can try :-RWTH Aachen University , Chemnitz University of Technology , Freiberg University of Mining and Technology , University of Giessen , Hamburg University of Applied Sciences , University of Konstanz , Munich University of Technology , University of Berlin.
