MAEER's MIT Institute of Design offers Graduate Diploma Programme and offers various specializations including Animation one of those.
The institute requires the aspirant to qualify an aptitude test which consist of mostly general knowledge and language skills , and there aren't any such institutes in India, which may offer coaching for such tests.
Instead I would suggest you to self study through materials related to General Knowledge and English. To can get various text references for the same from a bookstore near you.
