As per your query , I think you are interested in Voice dubbing, voice over which technically requires voice modulation. To the best of my knowledge and research i don't think there are many institutes that provide these courses as it is a very unique and rare course. Voice modulation is basically an inbuilt talent and you can only enhance it by practice. To become a good Voice artist one should have the following qualities like an attractive voice, good command over English, Hindi and the regional language, confidence, smart etc.

Daljeet, I suppose you want to ask how to join or how to select a good insitutute for MBA which provides distance education. For this you need to first ensure that the institute is giving MBA degre and not any of its so called equivalent. Then you need to ensure that the institute is approved by the distance education council. Thereafter see if it provides the specialization in the subject of your choice. Then comes the factors leading to its proximity and whether it has a learning centre near your city. Then are the parameters such as books & type of other reading material given for studying, fees, mode of examination etc.

If you want to move to IT company then have two options. Technical or Non technical. If you want to go for non technical then you can directly apply for the job. Try to search few on naukri.com and is you want to go for technical jobs then you have to do the required courses and the duration varies from 1 month to 36 months.
