To the best of my knowledge, I don't think this would be possible as you have to clear your 3rd semester in order to be eligible for the 4th semester. However, norms may vary from university to university and to get the exact details, I would request you to visit the university officials.

As per Indian education system one has to spend 2 yrs for traditional PG courses if any university is offering it in one year it may be fake or unauthorized Degree

in order to study abroad especially in UK, you need to fulfill the requirements needed for the bachelors course you want to pursue in the field of specialisation. Do IELTS or TOEFL and then apply to the university.

As per your profile, you may pursue undergraduate degree in:
- Biochemistry.
- Molecular Biology
- Genetic Engineering.
- Plant Biotechnology.
- Microbiology etc.

You can explore the industry by taking a short term correspondance training program in clinical research and after successful completion you can join this industry as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) with Hospital Sites or as a Clinical Trial Assitant (CTA) with Sponsor Co.s (Pharma, Biotech, CROs etc.).
