Hi,
A maximum of 4 attempts is permitted to every candidate and 7 to those belonging to Other Backward Classes. There is no restriction on the number of attempts in the case of SC/ST candidates.
As for your situation, if you have not written the examination, then it will not be considered. However, you need to speak to the officials directly for right guidance.

We believe that the college has been closed down owing to the new rules and regulations under the UK Border agency. I tried getting their website, however failed to do so . Please consult in the UK Border agency registered sponsors list to confirm whether they have the needed approval for admitting international students. As per my checks they are not listed and my advise would be not to aim for this college.
