UGC has banned B.Tech degrees through distance education mode. So, it won't be possible for you to apply for Masters in Electrical Engineering anywhere in the world. I assume you haven't started your B.Tech yet, so I suggest you to go for a regular B.Tech degree.
This will also give you sufficient information on the core subjects which will be useful in your MS application process.

B-MAT 2018 Syllabus
B-MAT 2018 question paper will consist of questions from seven different subjects.

IITs accept only CAT scores (common admission test) for admission in MBA programs. XAT being an entrance test by a private institute is accepted only by few colleges but not IITs.
