Here the colleges for BA English (H) which are an entrance test based and not merit based, in Delhi (arranged in no specific order) :
1. Jamia Milia Islamia
2. GGSIPU
*There are few colleges which take entrance tests for this course and that too in Delhi. I would recommend you to widen your search for this course and not just limit to Delhi or any other factor, else you will end up limiting your options. *

Here the colleges for BA English (H) which are 'entrance test' based and not merit based (arranged in no specific order):
1. Christ Bangalore University
2. Jamia Milia Islamia
3. GGSIPU
4. Loyola College, Chennai
There are few colleges which take entrance tests. The top colleges of India for this course admit on MERIT BASIS i.e. your class 12th marks. Those colleges are the top ones from DU.

Yes, you have to sit in entrance exam. It doesn't matter, you have 100% marks. If you clear the exam, you will get admission there.
