The Motto this days is skill, reskill and better skill. What this means is that everybody must keep on improving his/her skills throughout the lifetime. As the times change, different skills are required to be understood, assimilated and utilised. I am sure if you take up some software course definitely your employbility in the market will increase and you will get a better salary package. However a word of caution. Many private college provide distance learning in MBA as compared to Government College. Government college prefer regular classes but many government college established IGNOU center so that student of far area can do course without coming to college. I would say, it purely depends on your choice. But, if you want to have a suggestion I would suggest you the United States of America.
USA is considered as best for MS in Industrial engineering. It is good for core sectors of industrial engineering. Although there are other countries such as Canada, Germany etc. Providing industrial engineering.
