Hi Priyanka, SAP is the world’s leading provider of business software which specializes in industry specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
SAP has a functional and a technical side to it. SAP functional requires knowledge of the business processes of a company. The technical side requires knowledge of ABAP/4 or BASIS.
It can be quite rewarding if you learn SAP and become good at it. There is no any specific eligibility for learning SAP.
There are different SAP modules you may choose to specialise in. But, before joining SAP HR or any SAP module it is recommended that you must have a few years of work experience.
As for the institutes, try to join an institute with sound placement records. You may go for Siemens as it has excellent industrial link-ups. The courses are quite expensive. So, your aim should be to seek a relevant job after completing training by paying hefty fees.

Personnel management is a part of Human Resources of an organization which works for the manpower of the company and issues related to it.

Delhi University admits students for the MCA program on the basis of the marks secured by them in the Joint admission test (JAM) conducted at IIT, Kharagpur.
For admission into the MCA program the candidate have passed the +2 examination and the degree courses with a minimum aggregate of 60% of the marks (55% in the case of SC/ST candidates) and they must have taken computer science and mathematics as a subject at their degree level.
One more eligibility criteria for MCA course in Delhi University is that the student should have completed 20 years of age before the 1st of October of the year of the exam.
Students getting through the entrance test and other procedures will be required to attend counseling and the date of counseling will be intimated to the selected students.
The Entrance exam will be based on subjects like mathematical and quantitative ability test, logical and deductive ability test. The mathematical and quantitative ability will have 50 objective type questions and this should be completed within 75 minutes and the logical and deductive ability test will have 50 questions and this should be completed within 60 minutes.
