Hi,
To be eligible to sit for various posts (IAS, IPS and also SSC) conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year, one needs to be:
An Indian National Citizen
A graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and
In the age limit of 21-30 years.
The "Combined Defense Services" Examination is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, etc. Successful Candidates are admitted into the respective Academies after an interview conducted by SSB (service selection board).
Knowledge about application procedure, fee details can be found on the official website of UPSC i.e www.upsc.gov.in The examination pattern is same for all. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.

US, is of the finest study destination to pursue MS degree, there are many good universities in US, which offers MS degree in various fields.A MS degree form US is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
However in the present day scenario job situation in US, is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession, but as India is a developing economy, and there are many national and international companies operating in India, so getting a good job in India after completing MS degree form US should not be a problem, please remember no course or university guarantee placements to their students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the student.
