Hi,
According to Indian Education Act-1959 at the same time you cannot be considered for two courses. You may do it but cannot show it in your resume at once. So it is better if you could consult the university authorities and get the complete specific details and also mention them the two courses you want to do simultaneously. In case one of the universities may help to offer you NOC (No Objection Certificate).

CGPSC is Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission conducted by UPSC.
This Exam has two stages Preliminary & Final. Prelim Exams are held in the month of May /June whereas final Exams are held in October/November of every year.
Talking about the Examination pattern there would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
