Hi Aashima,
From a wider point of view and not just with Australian universities, MS IT is more of practical applications of computers. Ideal if you want to specialize in a particular domain of computer science. Computing is rather offered as a sub field in Master of IT. If you choose MS Computing you will more or less learn the same stuff however in-depth and more emphasis on research and development.
