You have limit chances if you want to remain in same field either to join MA in Hindi or BEd for Hindi teacher, if you dont mind I will suggest you to improve your English at least at the extent to understand English. Because IT needs every where and even a Hindi teacher need to know English.

I think you have to approach the Registrars of both the universities and take their permission.You have to fulfill all the requirements like passing such subjects which were not there in the earlier university.
