Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue MBA from universities in US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.

Admission criteria is HSC pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent. Diploma engineers need to submit a certificate from Educational authority that Diploma is equivalent to HSC.

If you are really good at physics, you can go for e&c or e&e. But if you are just ok with it and good at maths and computer sciences, you can go cs

you can go in commuter field or in maths field , you can do BCA if you are interested in computer line or you can do BA maths

if they have some management seats or after counseling if any seat vacant then you can take admission. and there are many other deemed university and college they can give you direct admission

Besides what Mr. Kamaraju has rightly advised, I would add that you should try to dig out the inherent interests you have within you and relate them to some career. Once you do this successfully you will be able to see which field comes more easily for you as far as your work is concerned. Choose th subjects accordingly and make objectives for your career . For finding your interests within yourself and your inherent skills you can take the help of your friends & parents.
