Hey Navnit,
Yes you can appear for JEE next year. If you have passed, then try writing JEE Advanced. But if you want to appear next year, take a good coaching so that the time of one year will not get wasted. And work hard to score more.
One year time is precious and you can surely get an IIT if you study and work hard. Join a good IIT coaching centre as they will guide you properly.

You have a good score in board exams and your cut off is also good.
These days, automation takes place in a huge manner and so all it firms are cutting jobs in a huge manner. So it is better to have studied a good course so that we should not be affected in the future.

This will depend on the nature of the gap. A gap of a year or two if genuine is acceptable and depends on how well you portray your gap period that is how efficiently you utilized your gap period. If you had work experience it is only an advantage. Do note that you can apply for the student visa only after you have been admitted by a university or a college, therefore firstly check admission requirements, take your IELTS, etc. and apply to a college or university before the timelines. Your SOP/LORs will also be considered so prepare well.
