Yes, most time, BHMS admission in India need students to give NEET exam.

NEET is must for many medical courses, including BHMS, in both government and private colleges. exam is done by NTA and tests students in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Yes, JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) is a national level exam but it is not compulsory to write it. It is your wish to write.
So, you can get admission for aeronautical engineering in a good college with your board exam marks also.

After SSN, VIT and SRM are good for placements. Actually, they best in Chennai for placements. But, they are private universities so you need to pass their entrance exams.
In terms of affiliated colleges, CEG campus of Anna University and MIT are good for placements. If you get SSN then prefer that. That is better for coaching (education) also.
