None of the Medical course like MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, ND and BUMS can be done by Distance and if any university is providing it, then I think respective council will not license it.

For best results, join IELTS coaching centres, there are so many across all over India, it will help you in getting good marks and then they will arrange your exams and all the admission formalities too, this exam is applicable for any Masters course in famous countries other than this TOEFL and PTE are also there but less preferred as are not applicable in most countries and yes in IELTS you will have exam and your speaking, listening test, all in your city only most probably your listening will be in a hotel where you need to communicate with a foreigner, you need to listen and understand his accent.

BE is the degree offered to the students for engineering. It is only a name difference from B.Tech as both gives the same qualification i.e. engineering. So, if you find any college which offers BE then you may go for it without any problem.

The admissions for MBA are open now and will last till July end. So you can visit the campus anytime. The total fee for MBA is Rs 80,000 per year and for the first attempt, you need to pay half of it further you can go for installments payments.

The LL.B. can be pursed in two ways :- After 12th 5 years Integrated Law Degree and after Graduation 3 years Law Degree.
You can apply for 5 Years Integrated LL.B. course after 12th from any stream with 50% marks from a recognised Board within the age of 20 years through entrance exam like CLAT(Common Law Admission Test).

The placement season was extraordinary for JIIT this year with many first time recruiters like BARCLAYS, HASHDIN, WIPRO, GMT, etc.
I will give you placement idea branchwise
For CSE/IT
Most of the top offers are in this branch only.If you are in CSE/IT then you will surely get a job unless you have a very low CGPA like in the range of 5 or so.Even you don't get a job in 7th Semester you will have companies coming in month's of March and April.But the process gets tough after most of the college is placed.
Talking of the salary, you can get above 4.2lac easily if you are serious enough.
