I would like to tell you that International Business and marketing is a subject which is offered by the government universities but not with every government universities and in case if you are asking for Himachal Pradesh Central University. So, my dear friend, it doesn't provide you international business and marketing as a subject. You can check any other college for the subject.

Eligibility varies from university to university. Also, these days universities are offer B.Tech in Biotech, which is better than B.Sc. As it is a professional degree whereas B.Sc. Is just a general degree. Many good private universities like VIT, LPU, SRM, etc. are offering admissions in B.Tech.
