Yes, Indira Gandhi National Open University conducts its classes in its study centres, under the guidance of regional centres. However, IGNOU doesn't run any classes in the main campus. When a student registers for a course in IGNOU the student picks a Study Centre and a Regional Centre according to their choice. The books are obtained from the selected study centre.
