Hi Arpit,
B.Com (H) and that too through Delhi University will definitely have a great scope, it opens door to almost all the finance and accounting sections, be it banking & Finance, various CA firms and other corporate companies. I would like to add here that after doing your B.Com (H) and after doing job for 2-3 years you should plan for your Masters level programme as this will help you to get to the highest level in your career.

B.Sc Computer Science is just a three years Graduation course without any Specialization. Where as BE /B.Tech is a 4 years specialization course in Computers. if you do B.Sc then again you have to do M.Sc in CS or MCA. so that you can able to compete with B.Tech students As M.Sc and MCA is Equivalent to B.Tech/BE.
