Hi Vishal, you will have to check college and university guidelines regarding ATKT. Many universities allow to take admission in TY but you will not get your final year degree and marksheet unless and until you do not clear your backlogs. Please work hard to clear these ATKT's as soon as possible and try to atleast pass in each subject to avoid ATKT. All the best and good luck for your future. Also, I will recommend you to involve in some creative activity like dancing, singing, painting, theater, sports so that your confidence and focus is maintained.
