You don't need to have an income certificate issued after 1st of April. According to the new rules of state government income, certificates are valid up to 1-year. So if you have an older certificate. You can go with that for your counselling. Good luck!

Hi, I would not recommend IP over UPES. UPES is one of the few universities offering integrated and specialized courses and its courses are very popular too. the placements are also very good. you should not opt out of UPES. UPES is a very decent and prestigious university offering integrated courses. It has excellent faculty, infrastructure, and placements too. UPES has been performing very well in the moot court competitions too across the nation.

There are many modes through which you can join ISRO as a scientist or an engineer. After 12th or during 12th, you can appear for IIST exam (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Trivandrum). To know details of this exam please see the IIST web sitewww.iist.ac.in. IIST graduates above a certain pass percentage cut off in final B Tech exam are directly absorbed in ISRO system as Scientist/Engineer -SC grade.
One can also join ISRO after finishing B Tech from the university system. For this, they have to appear for ISRO centralised recruitment. The advertisement for this is often published in national newspapers.

I am sure that there is no Govt. college that can provide you admission in B.Tech or B.Arch.

Students who want to go for IIT should take PCM. The JEE main preparation should be started straight after class 10th. After class 12th boards students are eligible for the JEE exam.
