Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT etc.

Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So, choose a suitable branch.

However, though King's University is reputed, it is not one of the top 10 universities in Canada, on the other hand, SRCC is one of the best in India. You may juggle between options like the University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, Mc Gill University and Simon Fraser. Studying abroad will give you a better global experience but study from a top ranked university only.

B.Tech in automobile is not enough for entering the industry and there are very few job openings for B.Tech auto pass outs. Campus placements are also very few.
It is waste spending time at service centers after B.Tech in automobile, it is not going to help you enter the industry.

Now if we compare both the jobs, then both are prestigious jobs in Govt. providing you incentives, money. Now, it depends on you what you want in your life. If you want to gain some power of administration in your hand and also want money, then surely you must go for SSC-CGL because in PO job you are not given any power related to administration. And if you want to earn much money in your life then surely go for bank PO job. Now, here I am describing some points where you can get some idea why I would say that SSC-CGL jobs are much better than Bank PO jobs.
