Hi Akshat,
It is among the top 100 universities in UK for mass communication and media studies and is popular mostly for undergraduate studies. Overall, the university is prestigious, offers good career guidance and assistance. The university also helps students get into part-time work while they study or full-time work when they graduate. However, if you plan to work after studies it's going to be difficult due to the strict work rules for international students. You can still go ahead and obtain your degree though. For entry requirements and more information on career guidance, etc. please check their website.

B.Tech-M.Tech is better option in comparison to B.Sc MCA because it will lead to higher qualification as M.Tech is a higher degree in comparison to MCA. Secondly M.Tech will make you a specialist engineer. Thirdly you can also chose MBA after B.Tech for a better career.

Each and every board has its importance itself. I can't compare and call a board better than any other board.
