After completing an MBA (HR), I would advise you to start working. Though you can always immediately look for further qualifications like Ph.D. in aboard etc., however, I believe getting some real work exposure gives you a better idea and understanding in terms of which domain of HR would you like to make your career (if you are looking for a specialisation). Once you have gained that experience, you may go ahead with further studies - could be research based or non-research based. Or you could even further enhance your skills by doing short certification programmes in C&B, etc.
Along with your work, you may like to register yourself fo

Hi,
As per new rules, 75% is necessary in boards to get admission in NIT/IIT/IIIT/GFTI/DTU /NSIT/state Govt. colleges.
If you have cleared JEE Mains but not having 75% in boards then your seat in NIT will be rejected.
However, SC/ST/OBC category get some relaxation in board percentage. SC/ST needs 65% (as I think).

BVB and GIT Belgaum are the best engineering colleges in North Karnataka but it depends a lot on your KCET result. If you want to do engineering, please study in a good college otherwise it is a waste.
