It is difficult to find engineering PG Diploma programmes but check the 1-year Postgraduate Diploma programme in mechanical engineering by the University of Saskatchewan and the graduate certificate in practical elements of mechanical engineering programme by Fanshawe College.

I am sorry to say but no college provide ethical hacking course.
If you want to learn ethical hacking then you have to join any coaching institute for it. Otherwisem you can learn it through an online course programme.
