Frankly speaking MBA is a programme which builds up your overall personality so the Business Schools take into account every aspect of your personality and try to polish it well, through various activities like case studies, internships and other in-house activities by creating various societies with in the campus. So advisable would be that you choose your institute after check few of the important factors such as: UGC/AICTE Recognition, The study material & curriculum, faculty background, the kind of societies an Institute has, and other in-house activities.

As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance to the students it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion. However, DBS is a decent B-School but do check if it is recognized through UGC or affiliated to any University as I am really doubtful about it. Apart from this few of the other things which you should check upon : The study material & curriculum, faculty background, the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. Few of the very important things which you should keep in mind while choosing your B-School, be it in Delhi or anywhere else:
First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty (their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. MBA in Finance & Marketing is definitely a good option provided you do it from a decent full time B-School whether in Delhi or any where else. I think IMT & MDI are two of the good options for doing a dual specialization in Delhi. As far as s the scope of the finance and Marketing streams is concerned both are extremely booming and can offer you bright future.
