Career Guidance, career goal planning and resume/ CV building is one of the most crucial factors of Finding a good placement in a reputed company. So are courses like SAP/ERP etc which are used frequently in the industry irrespective of sectors and so really score well.
You have to choose a Busines School which takes the care of candidates and trains them for things like resume building/SAP/ERP courses apart from the normal routine etc.

To be honest both are doing equally well in terms of Placements as When the Indian Economy grows, both of them grow side by side. Both of them will generate a lot of jobs in future. Operations is going to generate jobs in FMCG companies.
To avail this advantage you should be ideally positioned and be more industry prepared than your peers. I.E you should choose an MBA course like a Dual MBA where you learn both of them.

The fee structure for the Delhi Business school is 4.2 lakhs for the dual MBA program and the PGP in entrepreneurship and Business diploma given to students by NEN.
