Hi Amaan,
It is always advisable to give SAT and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake, as it gives you ample amount of time to prepare for these tests.
Almost in every city in India now a days there are many good coaching institutes which provide quality coaching for these tests, so you can check and enquire about these institutes in your city.

no you cant not. before going to abroad you have to apper a exam of SAT which include you general knowledge question and english question and after that you can study in canada. give wings to your aim.

Hi Yatish, as rightly suggested by Ankit, it is mandatory to have a science +Maths background to be able to pursue a Engineering course. Also, Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria:
I. Successfully completing the first year of a bachelor programme from a recognized university in India in the relevant subject field.

you can do the job in clinical labs as well as u can work in pharma companies as scientific officer, in blood banks .and ther are many of best opportuniteis for M.Sc.M.L.T.
you can open ur own lab just u have some year of experience.
This line has much more opprtunities in abrod.
