If you want to make a career in Graphic designing, I would suggest you to go for BSc in designing from institutes like Arena, MAAC or foreign universities like Cambridge.
If you want to make a career in EEE, you got to go for lateral entry in BTech in the relavant field.

Well if you have interest in Computer application, then you can opt for a regular BCA. The eligibility for the same is
Candidate must have completed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent
*The minimum marks secured in 12th standard should be at least 50%
*The candidate should have pursued the science subjects. The science subjects should include Physics and Chemistry
*Most institutes insist candidates should have pursued Mathematics during 12th standard
However this might vary from institute to institute.

in my opinion, it would be good to continue with BTech-IT. WIth this degree, you will stand a good chance to get job as well as preference in courses like MBA-IT.
