Hi Ankita, first of all, don't be so confused as to conquer the most prestigious and tough exam your mind should be relaxed.

As you are already pursuing M.Sc, I think that your curriculum up till your masters should be worth enough to helkp you prepare for the UGC NET exam, but other than this you can also consider referring to the various sample papers or previous year exams so to prepare better.
