Well if you are very much interested in programming or say technical stuff, better to go for MCA, else it is better to go for MBA. But once again, MBA requires sound analytical skills and communication skills. The best ones for MCA are IIT-Bhu, IIT-R, NITs, BIT Mesra etc. The best ones for MBA-IT are PGDCM offered by IIM Calcutta, MBA-IT offered by SCIT and KJ Somaiya.
Decision requires matching of skills and interests.

Hi R.K. Vellori,
Adding to what Priya very rightly suggested I would say choose the subjects on which you have strong hold and the subjects with which you are most comfortable as that will help you in your preparation to a great extent. There are few combinations which are not allowed to be taken which are:
Political Science & International relations and Public Administration
Commerce & Accountancy and Management
Anthropology and Sociology
Mathematics and Statistics
Agriculture and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
Management and Public Administration
Any two branches of engineering

Dear Friend,
As per my knowledge i would not suggest you integrated MBA.
Select the course based on your interest. It would be good to take a graduation degree before going for an MBA. MBA will give you partial training in all areas. If you go in for a graduation then that will be your specialisation. Thereafter you can go in for MBA for awareness.
So in my opinion it is not worthy to go for an MBA without a graduation. It will be just mere waste of time. Adding this if you are interested in bba would suggest you to pursue it from Mahatma Gandhi University (Meghalya) which provides you all kinds of Management programmes, have a look at www
