Hi, JRF Examination is the first step in the process of admission to the Ph.D/ Research Program through council's support. The award of Junior Research Fellowship to the successful eligible candidates will depend on their finding placement in a medical college / hospital / university / national laboratory / institution of higher learning and research as applicable.The candidates who qualify JRF Examination of UGC/CSIR NET are also eligible for the post of lectureship. The validity of the offer is two years from the date of issue of JRF award letter. In case the candidates have already joined M.Phil. /Ph.D., the date of commencement of fellowship will be from the date of declaration of NET examination result or date of their joining, whichever is later.

Adding to what Priya very rightly suggested I would say choose the subjects on which you have strong hold and the subjects with which you are most comfortable as that will help you in your preparation to a great extent. There are few combinations which are not allowed to be taken which are:
Political Science & International relations and Public Administration
Commerce & Accountancy and Management
Anthropology and Sociology
Mathematics and Statistics
Agriculture and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science
Management and Public Administration
Any two branches of engineering
Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science and Medical Science
Combination if two Literatures

As per my knowledge i would not suggest you integrated MBA.
Select the course based on your interest. It would be good to take a graduation degree before going for an MBA. MBA will give you partial training in all areas. If you go in for a graduation then that will be your specialisation. Thereafter you can go in for MBA for awareness.
So in my opinion it is not worthy to go for an MBA without a graduation. It will be just mere waste of time.
