In order to pursue MBA form New Zealand, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.

Cruise industry is pretty much similar to Hotel industry so, if you have Hotel Management degree you can directly start looking for a job or if you want to go for further studies you can plan for MBA in Hospitality or Tourism etc.

The prospects of doing MS in Germany are very bright, as Germany is one of the very few countries world wide, which pioneers in offering Engineering courses.
The prospects of both the courses i.e MBA and MS, are very good, MBA offers you with the option of entering into the Managerial aspects, in contrast the MS enhances your technical courses which you have pursued during your graduation, but the decision lies entirely upon you as in, which direction you wish to take your career to, if currently you are more interested in pursuing MS, you can go ahead with it, because MBA you can pursue even after completing your MS.
Also, education in Germany is government but not management programs. So, you might have to give a minimal fee ranging between 140-500 euros.
